1. If you don't have a digital account with us, create one here. Once you create your account, link your subscription here. You will need your account number (if your subscription was a gift, use the account number associated with the gift, not the gift giver). If you have already created a digital account (email address/password), proceed to the next step.
2. Download and install the National Geographic app from the App Store.
3. Open the app and click the "Sign In" link. Enter your email address and the password you set up for your digital account. If you need to reset your password, enter your email address on the login screen, then select “Forgot your Password” and follow the prompts to continue.

Once you've explored the National Geographic app, check out the full archive, and sign into nationalgeographic.com for unlimited access to our website.

3. View recent issues—and every issue since 1888—in the magazine’s full archive at archive.nationalgeographic.com. Access articles from our current issue online at nationalgeographic.com/magazine. Plus, see your additional subscriber benefits at nationalgeographic.com/membership.

All National Geographic magazine subscribers receive full online access to our website. You must be signed in to our website with your linked subscription in order for unlimited article access to our website.

Online + App 

To activate Disney+, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email to setup your Disney+ account and National Geographic account, including email and password. Once you have activated your Disney+ and National Geographic account, you will be able to start streaming on Disney+ and start exploring nationalgeographic.com.

To explore the National Geographic app, you can download it to your Android or Apple device, then sign in using the email address and password you set up for your digital account.
