They're those corners of the world that you just can't get out of your mind. Places so special, or just plain weird, that they take on their own personalities. National Geographic scoured the United States to include just such places in its ZipUSA series.
This month visit Hot Coffee, Mississippi, where finding a good cup of hot brew became the author's mission. Other zips in the works range from Wilmington, Delaware, where the only residents in one zip code are credit card companies, to a place out West where the rocks bear the marks of human hands.
